Incorrect Address



KountryLyfe is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Any additional shipping costs due to address errors are the customer’s responsibility.



Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages



KountryLyfe is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number for updates.



Damaged Packages



If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the package and product so we can review the issue.
